How do I deposit funds?
Go to the Finances page, choose a payment method, and follow the instructions. We support M-Pesa, bank transfer and crypto.
How do demo and real accounts differ?
Demo accounts use virtual funds for practice and typically have a positive P/L bias. Real accounts are live and trades affect your real balance. You can switch accounts in your Profile.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are processed by admins. Privileged users may have withdrawals auto-completed. Regular users' withdrawal requests will show as pending until approved by an admin.
